You made me feel like I was your only customer. You responded instantly to my inquiries and delivered exactly what you said you would at every step in the process. I think you even went beyond the call of duty, when you clarified the product description on 1 of the items we ordered.

You might find this interesting, but prior to finding you, I went to a local embroiderer for a price on the order I ultimately placed with you.

As of today, I still have not even received the estimate - meanwhile you have completed the job start to finish and to my complete satisfaction.

We just got our order today, and I couldn't be happier! Over the years, we've gotten embroidery from several sources, and to date nobody has been able to capture and embroider our logo the way your company has. The fox has always been particularly difficult to reproduce, but you made him look great! Going forward, I plan to give you all our business for all my companies. We usually order at least a few hundred pieces a year, usually ten or twenty at a time.
